The project planned and approved is to enlarge and convert the existing building into just eleven good sized luxury apartments all with fantastic mountain views, in the best position within our pretty alpine village of Les Carroz.
The development will be in the Traditional Haute-Savoie architecture of stone and timber which blends well into the village view and local environment.
The apartments will however have all the modern conveniences that we all expect today.
The activity’s available in the area are second to none, either in the Winter with the huge, Grand Massif ski area which has over the years has proved to be one of the most snow-sure regions in the Alps or the Summer with the many sports and interesting place’s to visit for which this area is famous.
Les Carroz’s location being just 45 minutes from Geneva Airport and 20 minutes from the motorway make’s travelling considerable easier and faster than many of the other resorts in the Alps.
The village provides most of the services, i.e. Medical Centre, Creche, Restaurants, Bars, Banks, Food shops, Sports shops etc that most visitors find necessary during their holidays and the local Market Towns of Cluses and Sallanches are only a 20 minute drive away.
The Belles Pistes Hotel has dominated the Alpine village of Les Carroz in the Grand Massif for many years. It has direct access to the ski lifts and village centre making it a perfect location for the luxury apartments that are to be developed from the existing hotel building
